Vintage Air Heater Control Valve Not Working

I had an older va unit in my old 69 that the heat didnt work from day 1.

If the heater core is clogged the inlet and outlet will be different temperatures. I could never find out why it wasnt getting vacuum from the va. If in the wrong spot you will not have water circulating through the heater core. Excessive system pressure can also cause vibrations and whistling noises from the expansion valve and refrigerant lines.
